پیشینه
جان لوئیس هالند روانشناس آمریکایی و استاد برجسته جامعه شناسی در دانشگاه جان هاپکینز
بود. وی در سال ۱۹۵۹ با انتشار مقاله “تئوری انتخاب” اولین قدم در
ایجاد نظریه “تیپهای شخصیتی شغلی و محیطهای کاری” خود
را برداشت. هالند معتقد بود مردم بهترین عملکرد را در محیط کاری ای نشان می دهند که با علایق و تیپ شخصیتی آنها سازگاز است و فرد از انجام
آنها لذت می برد.

است؟
تست هالند برای استعدادیابی و سنجش
رغبت های شغلی کلیه افراد بالای 12 سال مناسب است و طیف وسیعی از افراد شامل دانش آموزان
متوسطه دوم، دانشجویان و افراد جویای کار را
می تواند ارزیابی کند. البته در استعدادیابی های تخصصی تحصیلی و شغلی،
با توجه به سن افراد از نسخه ویژه نوجوانان تست
هالند برای استعدادیابی تحصیلی و
انتخاب رشته کنکور و از نسخه بزرگسالان

تست استعدادیابی هالند چه ویژگی هایی دارد؟

تشکیل شده است که زمان حدودی برای پاسخ دهی به آن 30 دقیقه می باشد.

اکنون می خواهیم تست اوکانر را به شما معرفی کنیم.
اوکانر را باید از پیش گامان استعدادیابی
علمی امروزی نامید.
جانسون اوکانر که در رشته فلسفه از دانشگاه هاوارد فارغ التحصیل شده بود در سال
1922 مسئولیت پروژه آزمون استعدادیابی یا تشخیص استعداد کارکنان در جنرال الکتریک را
بر عهده گرفت. آن زمان این پروژه با عنوان
مهندسی انسانی نامگذاری شده بود و در توصیف آن
گفته میشد که قرار است هر کس، در شغلی مشغول کار شود که توانمندی بیشتری برای
آن دارد. تست اوکانر برای این منظور توسط او طراحی و اجرا شد.
مدیران جنرال الکتریک بر این باور بودند
که با این کار، هم کارگران شرایط بهتر و محیط کار مطلوبتری
خواهند داشت و هم خروجی مجموعه بیشتر خواهد شد.
تست استعدادیابی اوکانر چه مواردی را می سنجد؟
این تست 14 استعداد را در افراد
می سنجد. این استعدادها عبارتند از:

استدلال استقرایی (Inductive Reasoning)
ایده پردازی (Ideaphoria)
سرعت بالای درک دیداری (Graphoria)
استدلال تحلیلی (Analytical Reasoning)
استعدادهای عددی (The Numerical Aptitudes)
استعدادهاس شنیداری (Auditory Aptitudes)
سیلوگرام (Silograms)
حافظه طراحی و مشاهده(Memory for Design & Observation)
تشخیص و ادراک رنگ (Color Discrimination & Color Perception)
طراحی بصری (Visual Designs)
اشتعدا کار با ابزار و دستان(The Dexterity Aptitudes)
آینده نگری (Foresight)
ترکیب کلمات (Word Association)

زبان آلمانی بعد از انگلیسی دومین زبان استفاده
شده در اسناد رسمی، و بعد از انگلیسی و
روسی سومین زبان استفاده شده در تارنماهای اینترنتی می باشد.
همچنین طبق تحقیقات انجام شده یک دهم کل کتاب هایی که هر سال در کل جهان نگارش می شوند به این زبان می باشند.
کشور آلمان بیش از 80 میلیون نفر جمعیت دارد که 93
درصد آن ها آلمانی و مابقی اتباع خارجی هستند.
زبان رسمی کشور آلمان زبان آلمانی است و 95 درصد مردم
آلمان به همین زبان و یا گویش هایی از این زبان
صحبت می کنند.
زبان آلمانی شامل دو گویش اصلی آلمانی بالا و آلمانی پایین و همانند انگلیسی دارای تعداد زیادی
از گویشهای فرعی است. بر اساس این زبان، زبان معیاری با نام آلمانی معیار وجود دارد که
بیشتر به آلمانی بالا شبیه
است، به خارجیها آموزش داده میشود و نوعی زبان میانجی است.
بخشی از کلمات زبان آلمانی ریشه در زبانهای لاتین و یونانی
دارد و قسمت کوچکی نیز از فرانسوی و انگلیسی به عاریه گرفته
شدهاست.
تنوع در زبان آلمانی:
زبان آلمانی با گویش ها و لهجه های خاصی در نقاط مختلف اروپا مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.

زبان آلمانی والا در قرن 16 میلادی به وجود آمد و به عنوان زبان ادبی استاندارد شناخته شد.
